This year as well, our school went out into the city of Thessaloniki to sing Christmas carols with a purpose that goes beyond the tradition itself.

The children, holding their musical instruments and with joy painted on their faces, sang not simply to be heard, but to offer. To become part of an act that carries meaning and impact.

Their melodies were heard in the streets of the city, supporting the magazine "Shedia" (@shedia.streetpaper), as well as at the facilities of "Arogi" (Arogi Thessaloniki) and "Armonia" (Armonia Rehabilitation Center), two rehabilitation centers that welcomed us with emotion and warmth. There, the song became a bridge of communication and human connection. The children experienced what it means to share joyful messages and to stand beside others with respect and an open heart.

Through this action, our students learned that music is not only a lesson or a stage, but a way to act for the common good. To use your talent and your joy for something greater than yourself.

For us, this is the essence of education: children who step into the community, offer, connect, and learn what it means to be an active member of society. 🎶🤍
