MULTILINGUAL CAFÉ
“Speak to me in your language so I can understand you”

POLYGLOTTI POLIS and the youth team YOUTH TEAM POLYGLOTTI POLIS, in collaboration with the Youth Support Organization ARSIS, invite you to an open Multilingual Café, a meeting for connection, communication, and cultural exchange.

The Multilingual Café will take place on Thursday, 18 June 2026, at the foyer of the New City Hall of Thessaloniki, at 17:00.

Participants will have the opportunity to get to know languages spoken by young people from the ARSIS EDDH structure, members of the YOUTH TEAM POLYGLOTTI POLIS, and representatives of language communities of the city, through interactive language tables.

The initiative is based on the belief that every language is a different way of seeing the world and that communication can become a bridge connecting people with different experiences and cultural paths.

In addition, the European project Inclusive Future will be briefly presented, promoting inclusion skills such as empathy, active listening, intercultural dialogue, and respect for diversity.

The Multilingual Café is an open invitation to all citizens of Thessaloniki to share languages, stories, and experiences, highlighting the power of communication as a means of encounter, mutual understanding, and social cohesion.
